Perfecto Vanilla Caramel</title><content type='html'>Here is our first Tip!  One product that we make is Perfecto Caramel.  This caramel is ideal for apple dipping!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;center&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.burkecandy.com/_images//DSC_1019.JPG" width=320 height=240&gt;&lt;/center&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Apple Dipping Instructions using Perfecto Caramel from Burke Candy&lt;br /&gt;• Weigh off 2 ½ pounds of Caramel&lt;br /&gt;• Put in a Microwave safe bowl&lt;br /&gt;• Set timer for 2 minutes-Stir Caramel to get any lumps out.&lt;br /&gt;• Check Caramel to see if it is fluid, if not fluid enough-add 30 seconds more&lt;br /&gt;• Take out if Microwave and dip apples.&lt;br /&gt;• Put on Wax paper that that does not stick to the caramel&lt;br /&gt;• Yield- 8 – 10 Apples- Depending on the size of the Apple&lt;br /&gt;• Let cool and sell.&lt;br /&gt;• Left over Caramel can be reheated at a low temperature or add to next batch&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Apple Preparation&lt;br /&gt;• Note: Be sure to rub apples with dry cloth to remove the wax.&lt;br /&gt;• Put sticks in apple before melting the caramel&lt;br /&gt;• Granny Smith Apples have the best flavor&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Converting Perfecto Caramel to a Liquid Caramel&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;• Use 2 ½ pounds of Perfecto caramel and place in a microwaveable bowl.&lt;br /&gt;• Use 1 - 12oz. can of Evaporated Milk.
